Shipping & Handing


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will always endeavour to dispatch Dinoski® items within 24 hours of placing the order. However, in times of high order volume, packing and dispatch will take longer. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process. Please note that we do not consider weekends and UK bank holidays as a working day. Any orders made after 12.00pm (GMT) on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. If the order is made after 12.00pm the day before a bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.

When your order was shipped you will have received a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order if this is possible with the shipping option that you have chosen.

Dinoski® / Roarsome Ltd cannot be held responsible for courier delays.


UK Orders

Order before 12 pm (local time) to receive your order within 3 working days. Orders made after 12 pm will take an additional working day (working days excludes: Weekend & Bank Holidays).


international orders

Please allow 7 working days from shipping date for the order to arrive.


Do I have to pay customs, duties or tariffs?

Shipments outside of Europe may be subject to tariffs, duties, value-added tax (VAT), etc.

• These costs are your responsibility

• These costs are not included in shipping charges

• The shipping company (UPS), will charge customs fees

• Contact your local customs office for more information.

Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
