DINO DIARIES #2

A powerful trip to West Wittering

A new adventure took us to West Wittering in Sussex.

We had to shoot all of our Tracksuits, Swimwear and new Bucket Hats with help from Alex Rory Jacobs on camera and Darius Kadem on video.

One thing that we’ve learned from past shoots is the importance of keeping kids entertained when not on camera, so the final person on the dream team for this trip was the brilliant Carlos from Sharky & George, bringing the energy and imaginative beach games!

Power Rangers for this shoot were Hero, Joanie, Millie, Isi, Bella and Harry (all age 5-7).

They selected a summer tracksuit from the options below and off we went…

The Unicorns took flight to scan the area.

Isi and Millie guided the rest of the team on foot.

We had to walk the plank across shark infested waters and quick sand to get to our location.

We almost lost Hero to the quick sand…

But he was saved by Joanie at the last second.

Next we made two important discoveries.

The first was that you can reach speeds of approximately 900mph running down the sand dunes.

The second was that sandballs aren’t quite as fun as snowballs.

Then Harry spotted it in the distance…

We had reached our destination:
“The Magical Pillar of Wittering”

Legend says you have to sit on it to absorb it’s powers.

Once the powers were absorbed the sun came out and so did the swimwear.

Joanie and Bella sunbathed while Millie collected shells and beach treasures to take back to base.

Meanwhile, Harry was at the top of the dunes doing what he does best, which is being a ginger ninja.

Hero also had to bring out his best kung fu moves to fight off some invisible beasties.

The best moment of the whole day was when we realised that Millie could walk on water!

The pillar’s powers must have worked for everyone!

We all returned home with sun on our faces, salty air in our lungs, and full to the brim with the power of Wittering.

Another adventure complete.
