The Roarsome Awards 2022

The results are in!

Once again, we’ve absolutely loved reviewing all of the roarsome content that you shared in 2022 and we’re excited to see your adventures in 2023!

Our team have selected winners which capture the essence of ‘celebrating the great outdoors’.

We hope these put a smile on your face!

Photo of the Year 📸

High on the list was this one from Celia C Candid Captures. The colours of the suit and boots popping against the moody, rainy background.

“Remember theres no such thing as bad weather when you have the appropriate clothing!”

We also loved this badass, backpack-wearing, Boarder Bunny from @thefrankofamjam.

But we had to narrow it down and after long hard consideration we decided that 2nd place had to be this action shot from one of our ambassadors @Little_Shredder_Eric.

Waist deep in the sea, dancing with the dog.

We know our Puddle Suits are waterproof but we didn’t think they were THAT waterproof!

And so that leaves the Number One spot.

Our favourite photo of 2022 has to be this recent one from Nathan Massey and Cara Delahoyde. Buzzy the Bee and Spike the Dinosaur innocently comparing footwear in Finland, completely oblivious to the photo being taken.

We absolutely love this. The definition of a Winter Wonderland!

How could this not be the winner??

The cutest Leopard of all time!

Roarsome Adventurer of the Year 🏔

Meet the Alaska Wildlings! Wild by name wild by nature. Outdoors all day every day, ‘wildschooling’ amongst the epic beauty of Alaska.

We are excited for every photo that we get tagged in and we’re thrilled to crown this family as our Roarsome Adventurers of the Year 2022!

Roarsome Photographer of the Year 🏆

This was tricky.

You’ll have to forgive us here as we have bent the rules a little bit.

This award is supposed to go to one of our customers but we worked with one particular photographer this year who is so damn good that we couldn’t choose anybody else.

The world deserves to know about this guy.

Behold the talents of Oliver Godbold, a British expat who moved to Morzine with his family when he was 9 years old.

We worked with Oli on x2 Winter shoots and one Summer shoot and the man is a genius behind the lens.

He is destined for greatness and we will be doing a bigger feature on his wider work later this year, with the chance to buy prints.

For now just sit back and enjoy.

The great outdoors has never looked better.
